- The Coalition owns the Rivoli Theater

WEAKNESSES
- Volunteer Board of Directors. Each member has a full time career, potentially limiting availability
- Major renovation is necessary to restore the building
- Limited cash on hand
- Funding reliant upon donations and contributions
- No current consistent revenue source at this time

- Established local, regional, state, and national interest in historic preservation
- Established local, regional, state, and national interest in arts and culture
- Building located within a designated historic district along the nationally-recognized Oregon Trail
- High degree of social capital among local and regional non-profits and for-profit organizations
- Pendleton, Umatilla County and regional respect for history, generosity and social capital
- Interest and volunteerism from all areas of the Pendleton community
THREATS
- Local, regional, state, and national economic condition limits disposable income
- Increased use of digital media for entertainment, rather than live, in-person gatherings
- Local community perception that there are competing venues
- Regional resistance to change
