GOAL: Develop Strategic plan by December 2014

GOAL: Develop and implement a volunteer strategy and host at least one activity that improves the Rivoli’s Main Street presence each year.
STATUS: June 15, 2014 Rivoli Lobby clean up and painting day – complete Additional volunteer activities will be planned for 2015
GOAL: Retain expertise by to write a Structural Improvement Plan and begin executing the plan as soon as is feasible
STATUS: Request for proposal issued November 2014; Design firm selection projected February 2015; Project completion projected June 2016
GOAL: Complete structural improvements Architectural and Engineering Services capital campaign by December 2015

GOAL: Issue request for proposal for structural improvement construction work by August 2016

The guiding principle during this phase is to be mindful of the ultimate use opportunities as investments are made. Prioritize and invest based upon ultimate use.

- Develop Phase Two and Phase Three strategic plans
- Investigate establishment of endowments

- Complete Phase Three construction and open performing arts center by 2020
