RIVOLI RESTORATION COALITION MEMBERS
CAITLIN COLLINS (Member at Large) grew up in Pendleton, Oregon. Her love of film and writing drove her to earn a Master’s degree in media studies from the University of Texas at Austin. Post-graduation, she relocated to Portland, Oregon, where she participated in writing workshops through the Attic Institute and volunteered for Write Around Portland. She works as a manager for a non-profit coaching organization called InsideTrack, her professional home for the past 13 years. She moved back to Pendleton in 2022 with her husband Anthony, and their young son, Elio, excited by the opportunity to reinvest in the community that nurtured her passions.
GORDON HEPBURN (Treasurer) is a retired meteorologist with 35 years of service with the National Weather Service and U.S. Air Force. He was born and raised in Canada. He graduated with a BA in Meteorology from the College of Arts and Sciences at Florida State University. He has lived in Pendleton since 1999. He has a love of music and has assisted at the Pendleton Center for the Arts’ Rock and Roll Camp for Teens and is a supporter of the Oregon East Symphony.
JASON HOGGE (Member at Large) is a local Pendleton artist, musician, student, and inventor of things that have already been invented. He is a long-term resident of Pendleton, where he raised a large family of talented children and grandchildren. Jason and his wife, Ethel, live in an old “fixer-upper” style church that they have renovated to be a home and art studio. They are co-owners of EJ Hogge & Steiner LLC, which also encompasses Free Spirit Design, BET’ER LUCK™, and Kícuy.
DANIEL R. KINSLEY (Member at Large) is retired after having served the State of Oregon in his 30-year career as a journeyman plumber. A resident of Pendleton for 56 years, he attended Pendleton High School and Blue Mountain Community College. He is married and has three grown children.
ADAM MACK (Member at Large) grew up in a martial arts family in Yakima, made Black Belt at 13, & has won countless tournaments throughout the US. He began playing drums at 14 and has performed across North America, England, and Europe. Moving to Pendleton 2014, Adam began the Wednesdays In The Park summer concert series and has booked or provided sound for numerous concerts including the 2nd stage at Jackalope Jamboree. He is the Office Manager for The RBH Group, CPAs and lives with his family surrounded by beautiful wheat fields in the shadow of the Blue Mountains.
ANDREW PICKEN (President) is a health care administrator. He lives in Pendleton and telecommutes to his job as a Senior Medical Director with Aetna, based in Hartford, Connecticut. Following his service as Medical Director of the Peace Corps, Andrew and his wife moved to Pendleton, where they are raising their two children.
PETER WALTERS (Vice President) is an art designer, musician and impresario. He works in the sign and graphics department for Hodgen Distributing and is the founding director of the Pendleton Center for the Arts’ annual Rock & Roll Camp for Teens. A life-long Pendletonian, Walters is a member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation.
